Condition
As every item sold by James Broad Interiors is vintage/antique please be aware before purchasing that they may show signs of fair wear and tear due to their age, however, I take pride in every item that comes out of the showroom and I will not send any item out if I am not entirely happy with its condition. Every item gets cleaned and restored (if necessary) ready for its new home. If you receive an item from James Broad Interiors and you are unhappy, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve your problem right away!      

Delivery
We use our local trusted courier Simon to deliver all of our larger items.
He aims to make delivery within 21 days of purchase though there may be extenuating circumstances which may affect this.
Please ensure you have given us your contact phone number so that the courier is able to arrange delivery with you.
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Congleton, Cheshire therefore there may be additional charges for items delivered to certain areas such as Cornwall, Scotland or East Anglia.
For smaller items, we charge a flat rate for postage & packaging, items will be posted out within 3 working days of purchase and will be sent tracked using either Royal Mail or ParcelForce depending on the size of the item.
You will receive tracking details on your order dispatched email.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. We will refund the full amount paid using the same method by which the item was purchased provided we are satisfied it has been returned to us in the same condition. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item has arrived damaged or incorrectly described in which case the postage will also be refunded in full.
